Online customer support is controlled by pedantic, zealous, snarky trolls that don't work for Quicken and are best portrayed in an SNL skit about 20 years about the inarticulate snobs in IT.I haven't checked them yet for other failures, but I'm going to discard them because I trust Quicken to have screwed this up royally. The timelines on saved reports are off by 2 years. The icon appears to indicate something is missing. If your saved reports are on the task bar that is below the standard menus, the icons changed for reports to an icon that looks like something is wrong.Bills and income: Accounts in good standing are marked overdue by months.Bills and Income: Accounts that I deleted over a year ago are showing up as overdue.Quicken still does not document the product, probably because if they had a doc team, the doc team would be strangling fools in the halls. You'll have to dig around to find each one. There is no guide to restore the lost preferences.Quicken doesn't care, they will not be changing this. This is a consistent bug every time you upgrade.
